Enable comments to have notifications via email. (Under profile settings, I think.) Then you just reply whenever you have a new email, unless no email is listed for the commenter.

3. How do I create a blog button?
If you go to google, there are sites. Or you just choose a picture, add text (photoshop, paint, etc) and save it. When you upload it, use tinypic or photobucket or something so that others can copy the link as well. When you are using the picture, make it linked so that when people click, it takes them to your site.

To change your name, go to your Blogger dashboard and under your photo, there should be a link to "Edit Profile." There you can change your photo and your display name. Let me know if you need more help!

I'm so glad you posted these questions, I have no idea about # 1 and 3 and had been wondering to!
I have a very simple way of making a blog button. Go to my post where I actually devoted to blog button making, because I was having issues with it too recently. I hope it helps! :)
