Ever feel so tired that you just want to dramatically break out in tears?
Let's just say last weekend was a long weekend which turned into an extremely lonnnggg week. I'm caving. No tears have come but I've been so close to losing it all.
It's the time of year where everything seems to speed up. I feel like all of our weekends are booked till December. I'm sure they will start flying pretty soon, too. Too bad, I haven't caught up with the changes of weather or is it lack of sleep. Head cold & cough.. Yuck! I could probably sleep for a few days if I was left alone in a dark room.
Looking forward to SLEEP mainly. Maybe even some hearty soup. A good cup of tea and lounging around.
BUT, first... finishing out the work week, finishing our halloween costumes, and baking a pear almond tart.

I feel this way all. the. time. It almost always happens about a week or two after I stretch myself way too thin. Like: Oh yeah, I can take on more hours at work, start another class, volunteer, go to language school and still have time to cook and clean...no problem!
A week later, the tears come.
The relief comes for me when I admit that I just can't do it all...and then I don't. I hope that soup and tea find you soon!
