ted & i just got back from a week in orlando. ted's been dying for the past twenty some odd years to go visit disney. we made it. i was pleasantly surprised that i enjoyed the week. i just don't think of vacations as waiting in line to feel a bit queasy. we took each day slow a few hours at the park and a few hours at the pool or beach or shopping. all in all, it was a great week and sad it came to an end.

Flash Back

Look how young we look. This was taken in 2008 about ten minutes after I arrived home from a long week at the beach with all my best girls friends. I had missed Ted a lot. And, that's not a pimple but a nose ring. I had pierce my nose on a whim in Florida with the girls. It was probably the best girls trip to date though.

We were so tan!!! I have been the pool countless times this summer and still don't have a tan.

A short weekend trip was in order. Jessica and I drove over to see Sleeping at Last play. Mya and Nick booked the show. Due to Mya's bridesmaid duties in a friend of our's wedding she wasn't in town to see them.

We enjoyed the show for her.

We also enjoyed her bed and cute little house in Pensacola.

I just love hanging at the beach even when it's cold. We found a cute little bagel shop on the beach and checked out an Art Festival.

We were back in time for me to pick up ted fix up and head to Karla's wedding.
