Your many faces fill up our day. Smiles break out all the time as you dream, poop, and flirt. It melts my heart like nothing else. Our days consist heavily on eating and OH BOY you love to eat. You impressed the pediatrician with your healthy and fast weight gain. We've been hard at work. If I could sum up your days, I'd say you're in bliss. Blissfully, milk drunk and happily sleeping most of the time.
You keep your dad busy with diaper changes, but he doesn't mind. Dad hasn't gone back to work yet (we have one more week with him before he does!). Although you are a great sleeper and seem to absolutely love ZZZZZzzzz's, you won't sleep from 11pm to 1am. We have tried seemingly e v e r y t h i n g. Dad stays up and hangs out with you while I snooze away. I'm hoping you transition before he heads back to work. If not, thats okay too.
Your hair has surprised us. Your dad thought you'd have a whole head of hair and I thought you'd probably be bald for awhile. Turns out you have just enough to cover your head and it's a perfect strawberry blond hue. In the sun, we really see the red. I love it. It pairs well with your bright blue eyes and chubby cheeks.

We are gearing up for your first flight and can't wait to introduce you to all your family. I especially can't wait for you to meet your cousins. Elias calls you 'Vells' in an adorable British accent. We also are going to sink our toes into the sand at the beach. You are going to love the sound of the ocean.
As your mom, I'm learning to read your cues. I'd say, we are doing pretty good.
We make a good team.
