while paul was in town, we brought him to the famous corner of steaks. since this would be his first experience, we went to pat's & geno's. (although our favorite steak is at jim's on south & we have yet to try tony luke's.) philadelphia isn't the healthiest city & cheeze dripping off a steak is not playing nice but it's authentic philadelphia. pat's won by far. geno's cheese is watery & meat tough. pat's is great & even comes with habaneros.
