i'm trekking through my goal of running 1 mile per day in 2012. it's become more about consistency & speed and less about the measly mile. if i do skip a day, i make it up the next. one week was so hectic i missed 5 miles. which i let myself make up over two days. i typically run after yoga class, time on the elliptical, or on my way home from somewhere.
i started this challenge to myself because i want to like running.
96 miles in and i can say, i like it.
